Today In England today’s issues

Former Chancellor Kenneth Clarke has stepped up his challenge for the Conservative leadership by launching a blistering attack on Prime Minister Tony Blair's role in the Iraq war.
Mr Clarke, a consistent critic of the invasion despite his party's officially supportive line on the issue, claimed that the Government's stated reasons for participating in the US-led assault were "bogus". ERP Comment, Now Come on Kenneth every one else new it was just about the oil! And by the looks of things maybe we should have left, Sadam in power and done a deal with him, I know we would have done!

Labour’s turning are Country into Immigrants world, come on in and Robb us why don’t you, its ok the English tax payer will pay the “Bill next time we hike up the council taxes 1.5 million Immigrants Labour have let in that we “No about how many have gone under the labour carpet of hidden lies! Now that’s the Question that we will never get the right answer Labour is bring England down to her Knees and England’s people along with it, I bet there are now many of you Labour voters wish you had tick another box! Well next time you’ll have a choice your vote your country, Vote Labour and lose your country to Immigrants Vote ERP, and get your Country back your vote your choice! I no where my vote going and that’s fore England, ERP putting England and its people first and not Immigrants like Labour!
.
Once more we see BRUSSELS interfering in England Laws, I just wonder if the shoes were on the other foot would they be interfering!

The ERP message to Brussels is to keep out of England’s laws and our affairs and go back to what you good at, watching the shapes of cucumbers because that’s that’s all you fit for and if we come into power you’re one of first bits of Rubbish that’s going straight in the bin!

“New Labour’s binge dirking yob’s and lies!

Figures publish slip quietly away under the Labour mat of hidden lies! Once more,
Labour admit there is a growing level of under age drinkers, and alcohol abuse, the “Official figures reveal that, drunk and disorderly and anti-social types of behaviour have soared and are up by 20/35%.
Over 30,000 young drinkers are now being prosecuted in England, and that’s, only the ones that have been caught! For disorderly behaviour this year so far, London alone the figures have doubled under the so called “New Labour” and under New Labour only 23 teenagers have actually be prosecuted for drinking or trying to buy alcohol “Labours relaxation on the licensing laws has help to fuel violence and anti-social behaviours in England, sum 30,000 teenagers are now facing criminal convictions under “New Labour, but most will never end up in court, but will be let of with a caution! And just laugh at the law and carrier on breaking the law under new labour.

“New Labour's yob culture”, at a time when more young people are abusing alcohol, it would be madness to weaken licensing laws even further and permit an explosion in late-night drinking in high streets across the country." What has England become under “New Labour” Yob Rule” that’s what we have become and known by in the rest of the World. This won’t be happing with the ERP.
What has England now become under New Labour!
.
Yobs on street corners holding guns
Police Officers, in school play grounds keeping a watchful eye on your children so they can play safely without being abducted and murdered!
Out of control anti social behaviour in our communities
Crime out of control and rising
Illegal immigrants out of control costing us millions every year
Illegal asylum seeks just using England for what they can get!
Preachers of hate telling there follower’s to kill all English people
Freely making racist remakes against England and its people.
.
This is life in England today under the so called New Labour!
.
This won’t be life under the ERP, and that’s a promise we will keep, “but its up to you and your vote, you can vote Labour and live in a country where you to frighten to let your children out to play! And where yobs rule our towns and streets by the gun! Illegal immigrants taking over our country, Asylum seekers just using us and England for our benefits, and if that’s the life you want for your children your family and your friends then vote Labour, but if you want a safer and better England, Then the ERP is where you should be putting your next vote! ERP Zero Tolerates on all of the above
Working with you, to make England a stronger and better country to live without fear!

High treason under English and British law
.
.
Islamic extremists boasted of how they would never be thrown out of Britain yesterday as a promised crackdown by the Government turned into a shambles same Labour Clowns.
The hardliners taunted Home Secretary Charles Clarke after he promised action 'within days' to start deporting dozens of foreign preachers of hate living in the England.
Headed by asylum seeker Yasser Al-Siri, who is suspected of involvement in a series of terrorist incidents, they gloated that lawyers would halt any attempt at their removal.
The Egyptian, who fled to London more than a decade ago and is wanted in the U.S., said: 'I am not worried about expulsion. My legal team think it is impossible.'
Al-Siri's defiance came as Mr Clarke's plans were attacked by leading lawyers and moderate Muslims. They warned the deportations policy would breach international law, create massive confusion and turn Muslims against the Government.
But legal experts said that, under human rights laws, he could not send anybody back to countries where they could face torture or death.
But Al-Siri, who faces execution in Egypt for the murder of a six-year-old girl in a terror bomb blast, said: 'I don't think any British judge can accept any agreement between the UK and any Middle East country like Egypt.'
The 42-year-old, who denies involvement in terrorism, added: 'Any judge here can take this agreement and throw it in the rubbish basket. 'I still trust the UK with human rights and, while Tony Blair may want to change the laws, there is still the Magna Carta.'
ERP say the Magan Carta has nothing in about terrorist! But it dose for the murder and supporting murder of Englishmen and Women, and also the Act” Of High Treason!
The Great Charter of English liberty granted (under considerable duress) by King John at Runnymede on June 15, 1215

2. If any earl, baron, or other person that holds lands directly of the Crown, for military service and could be Interpolated (Terrorists), shall die, and at his death his heir shall be of full age and owe a `relief', the heir shall have his inheritance on payment of the ancient scale of `relief'. That is to say, the heir or heirs of an earl shall pay for the entire earl's barony, the heir or heirs of a knight l00s. at most for the entire knight's `fee', and any man that owes less shall pay less, in accordance with the ancient usage of `fees'
60. Moreover all the subjects of our realm, clergy as well as laity, shall, as far as pertains to them, observe, with regard to their vassals, all these aforesaid customs and liberties which we have decreed shall, as far as pertains to us, be observed in our realm with regard to our own

63. Wherefore we will and firmly decree that the English church shall be free, and that the subjects of our realm shall have and hold all the aforesaid liberties, rights and concessions, duly and in peace, freely and quietly, fully and entirely, for themselves and their heirs from us and our heirs, in all matters and in all places, forever, as has been said. Moreover it has been sworn, on our part as well as on the part of the barons, that all these above mentioned provisions shall observed with good faith and without evil intent. The witnesses being the above mentioned and many others. Given through our hand, in the plain called Runnymede between Windsor and Stanes, on the fifteenth day of June, in the seventeenth year of our reign.
High treason under English and British law

Under English, and British law, high treason is the crime of “Disloyalty to the Sovereign amounting to an intention to undermine their authority or the actual attempt to do so. Offences constituting high treason include plotting the murder of the Sovereign, raping the Sovereign's consort, levying war against the Sovereign and adhering to the Sovereign's enemies, giving them aid or comfort. Several other crimes have historically constituted high treason; they have included counterfeiting and attempting to undermine the lawfully established line of succession.
But acts of terrorisam and the support of terrorisam dose consort to militry service undermining
English law levying war against England.
Yasser Al-Siri, I think that just about covers your rights of being deported or maybe you might like the the death penalty! Ether way you’re not a Englishman by faith of god or Country and under English law you have giving up any rights, under the “acts of Treason,
....
Disgruntled officers have sought to undermine Metropolitan Police chief Sir Ian Blair, Ken Livingstone has said.
..
He said those passed over for promotion had done "their bit to stab Sir Ian in the back" following the shooting of Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes. Well said Ken and just what we said as well!
.
..
..
“What is this country coming to under Labour, “When we now have Police Officers in School play grounds, to protect the children from being abducted murder? This is not the England that I want to live in "Do you"

AND

Police units based full-time in schools we are told would help to reduce classroom violence, says a teachers' union. I just can’t begin to imagine where this going to end! Under this present government!
There have been claims that a number of secondary schools with serious discipline problems could receive a permanent police presence.
And the National Union of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers says that police in schools would be welcomed as a step towards reducing attacks on staff.
This is what we get having a government that’s over political correct and to liberal and failing in its duty to protect the innocent and law abiding people of England, this would not be the case under the English Republican Party as we no our duty to England and the people of England, a clear massage would be sent out to all of those that would break the laws of England, “The punishment will fit the crime” know more soft touch, three and your out rule will be applied.
Tory leadership hopeful David Cameron likened Islamic "jihadists" pursuing a holy war against the west to the Nazis of the 1930s and communists who built a totalitarian state.

The Tory frontbencher went on: "Jihadism, like Nazism and Communism before it, often bewitches the minds of gifted and educated young men. Just like the Nazis of 1930s Germany, they want to purge corrupt cosmopolitan influences.
He said Britain should withdraw - perhaps temporarily - from the European Convention on Human Rights if it was preventing the UK deporting foreign nationals who may pose a threat to the country. Well said Sir, maybe you should think about joining the English Republican party! As we believe this should be so.
“With Labour circus clowns Asylum remains a shambles!

Latest asylum statistics show the Labour Government is failing to meet its target to remove more failed asylum seekers than arrive in the country. The UK had the second highest number of asylum applications in Europe in 2004, and the third highest in the industrialised world. Just 14,905 failed asylum seekers were removed in 2004, 17 per cent fewer than in 2003.Speaking to Conservatives.com about the issue, Shadow Immigration Spokesman, Humfrey Malins, said: "This makes a mockery of the Government's target to deport more failed asylum seekers than arrive."

The ERP commits, Just about sum’s up the Labour parties mismanagement of England and the failing of its duty in looking after the people of England, they seem more interested in looking after terrorist, hijackers, illegal immigrants, and asylum seekers rather than looking after England’s own! And lets not forget locking up dieing OAP’s, to show us all the example on how Labour see the law doing its duty! What a shambles they are!
An appeal against his 30-year jail term was dismissed in October 2003. Other applications for his release on compassionate grounds have been rejected by the authorities.
From the medical aspects of Biggs case is there any justification for rejecting his and his family's plea that he should be released or transferred to a less secure prison?
Since his return to England, he has suffered from at least two strokes that has left him unable to speak and eat, and a weakness on one side of his face,. He has also suffered two minor heart attacks and can only walk with the support of others.
The Prison Service through a spokesman argues that the authorities are justified in keeping him in Belmarsh as this is a place of "medical excellence".
The fact that Biggs who is 75 has suffered at least 2 major strokes and requires feeding through a tube should in the normal course of events result in the contracted in general practitioners at Belmarsh Prison applying to the Prison Service for him to be granted the Queen's prerogative of mercy so that he can be released. Before the Directorate of Health Care of the Prison Service was disbanded a principal medical officer would consider such an application and then advise the Home Office accordingly. Now, one assumes that a medically qualified official at the NHS's Department of Prison Health Care would consider the medical aspects of the case.
The High Court now has to decide if Biggs should be allowed a judicial review of his plea to be released. But based on the medical facts of his case the decision to keep Biggs in prison would appear to be a political one. With a history of two major strokes he could suffer a further fatal one at any time.
Under Section 36 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991, the Home Secretary, has the power to release prisoners on license in exceptional circumstances when they have a short time to live.
Let’s see! Have I understood this correctly? We can let terrorist and hijackers walk free to bomb us, give them all the benefits, they will need to live here! But lock up dieing pensioners, yep seems to be right under this labour government, I just wonder what next, murders rapist paedophiles maybe they should all walk free among us as! well and anything is possible with the bunch of clowns that are running the show at the moment, this won’t be happing under the ERP if we ever get the key to number 10 that’s one thing I do no!
..
..
Eight years into the biggest spending spree in its history, how is the NHS measuring up?
So what are Labour doing nothing!

A 62-year-old heart attack victim spends 14 hours lying on a trolley in the A&E department of a flagship hospital... England has the worst infant mortality rate in Europe after Poland and Slovakia... Alzheimer sufferers don't know whether crucial drugs (costing just £2.50 a day) will continue to be available on prescription... thousands of German doctors fly here each weekend to provide GP cover... a Scot with toothache flies to Poland to have it treated because it's cheaper.
The list could go on and on.
Of course it would be churlish not to acknowledge there have been improvements. And it would be unfair not to pay tribute to the outstanding work of the vast majority of those on the front line of today's NHS.
Not Much new there! Under Labour! lock up OAP's but let Bombers have visas! your a real JOKE PARTY!
.
.The Government has defended plans to deport terror suspects to countries with poor human rights records. United Nations expert Manfred Nowak warned that deportees could face torture if they were sent back
ERP, commit “Well they should and thought about that before they started killing innocent people and the UN so called expert should keep his noise out of England’s “Affaires
.
But the Home Office insisted it would not deport people if there was a real risk they could be harmed
Labour the joke party! What about the risk to all the Englishmen and Women that where Murdered, seems that Labour look after Terrorists and Hijackers before they look after the “Innocent, That won’t happen under the ERP,
So called Prime Minister Tony Blair has promised England would seek assurances from countries that returnees would not be tortured. England signed such a memorandum of understanding with Jordan earlier this month.
But Mr Nowak, UN special reporter on torture, said that was not enough. He said the fact the Government was seeking such assurances showed England knew there was a risk of torture
ERP commit, well its time the terrorist knows that in England, we aren’t going to keep you here for our tax payers to foot the bill, to keep you nice warm and safe “After you have just committed Murdering English Citizens, and if we have number 10, you will get the death penalty here in England.
"The fact that such assurances are sought shows in itself that the sending country perceives a serious risk of the deportee being subjected to torture or ill treatment upon arrival in the receiving country," he said
They should have thought about that before that came here on their killing spree shouldn’t they and the ERP, say the EU UN should keep their noises out of England’s affaires.
The Home Office defended the use of the agreements. A spokesman said: "We believe a memorandum of understanding is a good example of the sort of international co-operation necessary to confront and defeat terrorism. We would not extradite a person where there is a real risk that this will lead to the death penalty being imposed. Similarly, we would not remove a person under immigration powers where this would lead to death or treatment contrary to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
ERP commit, Under the ERP they would lose all rights that normal honest and law abiding Citizens have, because they didn’t respect the rights of throws they murdered and can’t expect to be protected by the same rights that they have a disregard for, and it’s that simple, you want rights! Then respect rights of others!
Housing costs climb 6% on higher council tax bills
By David Prosser Personal Finance Editor
Published: 13 August 2005
The cost of owning and running a home rose 6 per cent during the 2004-05 tax year, figures from Halifax revealed yesterday. The bank said the sharp increase, which suggests housing costs rose four times faster than general inflation last year, was a result of rising mortgage interest rates and higher council tax bills. And this! is Because Labour spend £6.6 Billion of our taxes on other countries thats why, we pay the bill!

Illegal immigration 'could reach 870,000'.
.
Opinion Formers' Views
The number of illegal immigrants in England could be 300,000 higher than the most recent government estimates, according to Migrationwatch UK. In June, home office figures put the number at between 310,000 and 570,000, but the right-wing lobby group believes that figure could be as high as 870,000. Migrationwatch said the official figures do not include children born in Britain to illegal immigrants and, because they were based on 2001 data, do not take account of the 200,000 asylum seekers who had their applications since then and who remain in the UK. "When the figures were first published a few weeks ago they rightly caused great consternation because they highlighted the extent to which the government has, in practice, lost control of our borders," said chairman Sir Andrew Green. "If they have failed to remove some three quarters of a million people who have no right to be in the UK, it is patently absurd to suggest otherwise. "It is also clear that the government’s numbers could have been calculated and made public years ago. As usual, the government has been less than frank about the true situation." The Home Office said, however, that it was impossible to obtain an accurate figure for the number of people who may be in the country illegally. And why is that! because Labour is failing in its Duty to England and thats "WHY" and spending £6.6 Billion of your taxes on aid for other countries and not on England or its People!

It's a nice sunny afternoon; and your children are playing in the street when all of a sudden two opposing gangs cross each others paths. The quiet sunny afternoon quickly turns into a gang brawl, with golf clubs and various weapons being swung around whilst young men punch each other senseless. This didn't happen out of sight - it went on in full public view as crowds of local children watched the proceedings. The two opposing groups, after attempting to knock each other out, retreated to there cars and then the usual name calling and threats were shouted back and forth. A few minutes later they were back for round two, in a different spot this time, and it was reported that more than one of the participants was hospitalised.
So what was the affect on you!

Well the affects, will affect you in more ways than you might think of at the time, because you want your children out the way, because they are scared and frightened so you panic to their rescue because that’s what you do, as Mum’s and Dad’s you do your duty to your children by looking after your children and trying to keeping them safe form harm it’s part of your duty in being a mum or a dad, so the affects on you are now it’s not safe for my children to even play out side by my front door, so now you have worry, secondly now your children are also frightened, and now lets not forget just how much that has also costs you in taxes,
Police and hospitals, ambulances, doctor, maybe surgeon! Nurses, now what a real waist of rescores and costing us the tax payer’s millions of pounds per year, and why, “All because the Labour government is failing in its duty to us the English people, in taking care of England and its people first and so, its failing in its duty to us! That's Why! My friends

The English Republic Party of England
Putting England and the English people “First”

Dear Readers,

I would like to welcome you and this opportunity to introduce you to the ERP, (English Republican Party) and what we stand for, and what we believe in as a Political Party.

First of all we believe in England and the English people and our English way of life, our freedom as a country, and the “Rights that we have in England today, which has/our changing under the Labour Government, making promise that they don’t keep, allowing terrorist to walk free in the street of England, giving hijacks asylum, illegal immigrants and asylum seekers over running the “laws and “Benefits of England. And it has to stop now, before we lose total control of the situation as the Labour party are clearly doing in there duty to England and the English people.

Not only are they losing control of all the above, but also anti social behaviour and crime is also getting out of control under labour, and you see this every night on you TV’s with all the Police TV programs! Labour is telling you lies, Once more the Crime rate is up and not down as they promised, Prison figures are record highs published: 14 August 2005. And if we don’t crack down on this now as a country we will be lost in crime and anti social behaviour illegal immigrants and asylum seekers forever, if we allow labour to continue in its dereliction of duty to England and the English people. By standing for England and voting for ERP we will put England and what’s best for England first and the English people, and that is our Prime Directive.

We will be holding various parties meeting in and around, Worthing which will be advertised and all are very welcome to come along and listen to our policy’s and ask question on our Prime Directive and policy’s we believe in listening to what people have to say and your concerns, and we won’t tell you lies or make promise that we won’t keep.

Yours truly,

Colonel Mike Costelloe (Retired)

Yet once more we see the Labour G0verntment failing in its duty to England and the English People, With threats of treason to the Queens Crown, The Muslim message of Kill all English troops!
If any Englishman or Women had made such threatening racist and offensive remakes , to the Muslim’s that take up residency in England, they would have been arrested charge and into to court, it seems to be very true in what the English public think today in England, and I quote” to be white, English and live here by right seems to be the offence in its self today under Labour!
.
Former Tory Party chairman Lord Tebbit has claimed that if his controversial warning that “British Asians and were failing the "cricket test" had been heeded; it might have helped prevent the London bombings.
Lord Tebbit provoked a storm 15 years ago when he questioned loyalties of immigrants who continued to support the cricket teams of their countries of origin rather than England.
In an interview with the ePolitix.com website, he said that if more had been done at that time to integrate immigrants into mainstream UK culture, London may not have been attacked by British-born suicide bombers.
"I do think had my comments been acted on those attacks would have been less likely," he said.
"What I was saying about the so-called 'cricket test' is that it was a test of whether a community has integrated.
"If a community was looking back at where it had come from instead of looking forward with the people to whom they had come to, then there is going to be a problem sooner or later."
Lord Tebbit also sharply criticised Islam for holding back progress in those countries where it was the predominant faith.
"The Muslim religion is so unreformed since it was created that nowhere in the Muslim world has there been any real advance in science, or art or literature, or technology in the last 500 years," he said.
He said that multiculturalism was now in danger of undermining British society, and warned that London was "sinking into the same abyss that Londonderry and Belfast sank".
"I've been opposing the concept of a multicultural society for ten years or more and that's because a multicultural society is an impossibility," he said.
.
ERP: Commits, We have to agree with Lord Tebbit in Loyalty to England, If you want to come to England as live as the English people do, with all the benefits and rights that comes with being English, then your first Loyalty is to England and the English way of life,
And if that is not your beliefs then why are you here! Just to use England for your own gains, part of the ERP, Prime directive: If you wanted to live in England and stay her as an English Citizen, you would have to pledge your Loyalty to England and the English way of life!

Prison figures reach record highs
Published: 14 August 2005

Prison numbers have reached an all-time high, with more than half the jails in England now officially overcrowded, according to a leading penal reform group
With the prison population standing at 76,897, figures from the Prison Reform Trust show that 74 of 142 jails are operating at over the government's certified occupancy level.

A man is due to appear in court charged with carrying out a series of sexual assaults in three counties going back more than seven years.
The 32-year-old, from Camberley, Surrey, was arrested on Thursday morning in connection with the indecent assaults in Hampshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire between 1998 and 2000.
He will appear before magistrates in Corby, Northants, facing three charges of indecent assault.
He was bailed in relation to a fourth allegation - an attempted indecent assault on a woman in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, in July 1999.
Under new reforms the ERP will make in the Justice Act: This man would not received bail? As pervious offences of this type would be taken in to consideration and he would be seen as danger to all Women.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and right’s, this is what the ERP believes in and stands for. you can’t expect to have the rights you don’t respect.

Disabled children and those with other special educational needs have experienced exclusion, discrimination and segregation from mainstream education with other children and their peers. Some are placed in separate classes or schools. Many are denied access to education of any real sort. The ERP want this to change, we want to integrate when ever possible disabled children in to schools with none disabled children, to inter act more with children that have disabilities to help them have an understand of what it is like to be disabled, we feel that all the children will benefit and attitudes change towards how many children see and perceive disabilities in others.
.
.
.
.
Disabled kids wanna be cool too, Disabled children have some special needs for day-to-day living. And the ERP are going to make sure that they get the same opportunities when ever this possible! As other children, we won’t discriminate, of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origins, property, birth or other status as set out in our “Rights Act Child-to-Child for Disabled Children. Children can be either cruel or kind to other children, and we want to push the education of being kind to others and not cruel. The English Republic Party believes, in a better way of life for England and the English people, “Putting England and its People “First and not last! ERP.

What image does the word poverty bring to your mind?
Emblematic images from the third world perhaps? Or maybe An African famine or children kicking a makeshift football around the streets of a South American shanty town! 0r Bob- Geldof the has been, trying to get his name once more in print!
Alternatively, you may think of England's Victorian past, either through the photographs of the time or the dramas of today; hungry street urchins in rags or farm hands undertaking back breaking work at the crack of dawn street people living in parks.
.
But according to the people, who study these things, poverty is all around - commuters on the bus, the colleague sitting opposite you at work or even the family that own the home next door. And that’s England today under this Labour Government, we spend over 5.5 billion of English tax payers cash every years in other countries! WHY is the question that I have to ask myself, when we have so much to do and needs doing today in England, looking after are own! (Charity beings at Home! Or am I wrong! And why are we calling it charity when it should be every Englishmen’s and Women’s right to have a better life in England today,
The widely accepted definition of poverty is having an income which is less than 60% of the national average (excluding the wealthiest members of society). On this measure, the proportion of the UK population defined as in poverty is roughly one in five or more as the average single income is a round £12,000 pa and not as labour would have you think £26,000. And I doubt if there are many working couples joint incomes reach £26,000 pa. And the average house in the south of England is £260,000 for a three bedrooms home and £150,000 for a one bed roomed property and £80 to 90,000 for a bed sit! Which means the average person living in England today won’t be able to buy there own home, and renting privately has become a joke, with deposits and monies up front costing to move in £2500, plus an average rent of £650 pm going up to £2500 pm,
And this roughly one in five figure has remained stubbornly high through both Conservative and Labour governments.
In fact, wind the clock back and the percentage of people in poverty has fallen by little over 10% since the first great UK poverty surveys were carried out at the end of the nineteenth century.
But no one in their right mind would suggest that one fifth of the population in modern England are as steeped in poverty as their Victorian ancestors.
Essentially, how poverty is measured has evolved. The social scientists have being busy moving the goalposts every time Labour comes up for the new elections.

Victorian haute cuisine
.
.
When Seebohm Rowntree, member of the famous confectionary family, studied the conditions of the working class in York at the end of the nineteenth century, he took a simplistic approach.
"He decided upon a shopping basket of food, housing and some items of clothing. These were considered the basics of life.
"Anyone who could not afford this basket of goods was deemed to be in poverty," Professor Jonathan Bradshaw of the University of York told BBC News. Still now in the 21st century under Labour, I no of many that still cant afford a basket of food once a week, and that live homelessness without hope of ever having there own home, well things would change under the ERP, But you the English voters have to want this change as well, By voting for ERP in the next elections, because we believe in looking after England and the English people first!
And not spending £5.5 Billion of English tax papers hard earned taxes in other countries until England is standing on its own strong, how much better of England would be with 5.5 Billion
Going in care of the elderly, pensions, New government housing, health care, schools, policing, and the list could go no and on, 5.5 Billion plus well over £500, million being spent on illegal’s and asylum seekers terrorist coming into England.

The ERP and the ERA reply

He is Osman Hussain, 27, also known as Hamdi Isaac, and is facing extradition to the UK.

POLICE TO SEND OUT WARNINGS

Worried commuters can sign up for mobile phone alerts on the terrorist threat to London in a new police initiative.
Police said the "terror text" will also provide updates on the inquiry into the July 7 and July 21 attacks.
Trials have started of the system which will send news and information appeals to the public following requests from those concerned about last month's bombing.
Scotland Yard Assistant Commissioner Tarique Ghaffur said: "In the aftermath of July 7 and July 21 we have had to look at how we can reassure Londoners.
"This service enables us to send information by SMS, voice message or email about this enquiry."
The new system will support a dedicated phone line which has handled 10,000 calls since the first of the terrorist attacks.
It is hoped that the public will also use the new service to report incidents and to respond to appeals for information.
Detective Chief Inspector Bob Kennett has been involved in developing the system.
He said it would eventually allow police to target information to areas directly affected by a particular crime.
By asking users to register details of their postcode, officers will direct appeals to those most likely to have been witnesses.
Mr Kennett said: "This might be new to police, but it's easy to use and it's not new to anyone who has done their banking or bought anything from books to vegetables online."
It is hoped that the system will be rolled out on a national basis if the London pilot proves successful..
.
This is where we should be putting tax payers cash! Back into England and looking after our own such as the homeless living on the streets of England, where are there "Rights", and not spending millions of pounds in defending the rights that terrorists think they have!

LONDON - Muslim lobby group, thrown into the spotlight by last month's bombings in London, rejected an accusation on Sunday that its roots lay in extremist politics in Pakistan.
ERP. And of cause they would! its been very well known within the security services in England for a very long time that Muslims in England have been playing an on going and acting role in hiding terrorists in England, how else would the London bombers have stayed free and walking amongst us!. It’s very clear that Muslims in England have no love of our country or the English people's way of life, but will use England for is benefits, the health care services and housing and what ever else they can take, under the ERP this would stop!
Iqbal Sacranie, leader of the Moslem Council of Britain (MCB), said the allegation, made in the Observer newspaper, was "absolutely preposterous".
ERP. well prove us wrong terrorists are still hiding with in the Muslim communities, that Muslims wont report to the security services, if you wont do your duty to England then the message is leave our country now.
"I can't believe that anyone who knows anything about the MCB could take that statement seriously," he told Reuters.
ERP once again prove us wrong”
In a lengthy report on the MCB, the Observer alleged the council's leadership and some of its 400 diverse affiliates had "links with conservative Islamist movements in the Moslem world" and "the extremist politics of Pakistan". It said the links were particularly strong with Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan's leading mainstream Islamist party.
That believes in the actions of the terrorist and hide's them.
The MCB has come under close scrutiny since July 7, when four British Muslims -- three of them ethnic Pakistanis -- blew themselves up on London's transport system, killing 52 people.
ERP proof of there involvements and that they where also related to groups within the so called MCB.

Accord close on deporting Algerian suspects
Algerian nationals believed to pose a threat to national security is close.

It follows last week's detention, pending deportation, of 10 men suspected of having terrorist links. The Home Office believes it can demonstrate that their safety would not be endangered on their return to their country of origin.Gareth Peirce, the human rights solicitor, said she was representing seven clients detained on Thursday whom the government intended to deport to their country of origin, six of whom were Algerians.
There is know defence, they should just be deported, human rights and what may I ask do terrorist no of human rights and who paying Ms Peirce fees, let me guess The English Tax Payer that’s who paying as normal, what a complete and utter waste of tax payer money! These people expect to be given the same rights as English law abiding citizens yet don’t respect them the law going mad under Labour, and the victim still being a victim, Not under the ERP!
Ms Peirce disputed that the government was close to obtaining an agreement with Algeria. And of cause she would as she’ll make more in fee’s!
BBC has pro-Israeli bias, say Muslims
Published: 14 August 2005
The Muslim Council of Britain, the voice of moderate Muslims, has accused the BBC of having a "pro-Israeli agenda".

And why are MBC getting involved in a country that has nothing to do with them, The ERP would outlaw the MBC, in England or any such group’s that would or the likely hood of bring England in disrepute with other countries unless the said country was effecting England or the people of England. If MBC, want to show there support to these other countries then we say go and live there and not here.

In a letter sent to the corporation's director general, Mark Thompson, the MCB media spokesman, Inayat Bunglawala, said a forthcoming Panorama programme investigating Muslim organisations in Britain would "create mistrust" between Muslims and others.
ERP. Say there is already mistrust in England today in Muslims because they don’t stand by England or the English way of life, but just want to use the freedom of England and its people for its own agenda which is not at the best interest of England or its people.

The letter, sent on Thursday, said: "It appears the Panorama team is more interested in furthering a pro-Israeli agenda than assessing the work of Muslim organisations in the UK.
"It is quite regrettable that at a time when it is of utmost importance that trust is built between Muslim communities across the country and the wider society, that the Panorama team seem intent on creating mistrust by serving the interests of the pro-Israeli lobby and undermining community relations in the UK."

ERP. Say yes and your work is in the hiding of terrorist and others that wish to do harm to England and its people

Mr Bunglawala accused the programme-makers of being "used by the highly placed supporters of Israel in the British media" to make political capital out of last month's terror attacks in London.
ERP. Say and your demonstrations in London, saying Islam will rule England wasn’t doing the same or trying to!

The MCB is the largest and most powerful Muslim organisation in the country. Its secretary general, Sir Iqbal Sacranie, was knighted in the Queen's Birthday honours list in June and has been a regular face on television screens since the July attacks.
More than 400 groups are affiliated to the MCB. According to The Observer, the BBC programme - to be aired next week - is thought to be critical of some of the affiliates for their links to extremists.
A BBC spokesman said last night: "The BBC rejects completely any allegations of ... bias and is confident the Panorama programme will be fair and impartial."

LONDON (Reuters) - The National Health Service is unsustainable and needs to be reformed, one of the country's most senior doctors said on Saturday. ERP. this why the ERP say put England and the English people “First”

"President of the Royal College of Surgeons, said healthcare should be paid for through a social insurance system. ERP. Say stop wasting tax’s payer’s cash in other countries and put the cash back into England for the benefits of the English people after all it is the English tax payer’s cash! “We would.

If we're going to have a health care system suited to the future, we've got to be prepared to invest in it," he said. "I don't personally believe that can be done out of pure taxation." ERP. Yes it could if we used the taxation only in the investing in England and its people!

Ribeiro suggested a means-tested system where the poorest would pay nothing at all and other patients would take out insurance to cover a proportion of their costs. ERP. Say the poor always end up paying some where along the line, but not with ERP.

"We're not a poor country, the working population is reasonably well paid, we could afford our workers to make an identifiable contribution towards health care -- not one hidden in national insurance and taxation. ERP. Say here comes, the next tax from Labour taking more of you hard earned cash.

"We seriously need to look at this again." ERP. Say yes we do by a no vote of confidence in this Labour Government, by putting other counties before England and the English people.

The Labour party vowed during the May election to continue free care for all through the NHS, which it created in 1948. ERP. Say the Labour have made many such vows in which they just don’t keep when they have been returned to power!

But an independent report in June 2005 said the service faced serious financial problems through poor management and doctors and patients have repeatedly complained of long waiting lists and over crowding on many hospital wards. ERP. Say not according to Labour the NHS is getting better, But we know better!

We will fulfil all our promise to renew our country and take England forward to a better future for all, not back to the failed Labour and Tory pasts. Our continuing success depends on our continuing to pursue a new England agenda as a new and modern progressive people’s party of England. We will focus on all crucial areas: the economy, modernising public services, really tackling crime and asylum illgals; building on what you the English voters want to make England, a better and stroner country and better and safer way of life for all the English people that support thire Country and not for those who don’t .
Knowing the meanings of tackling crime in going forward and not backwards with the ERP.

Today in England, we have become resigned tolerance of failure, and a fragmentation of effort and an absence of any sense of duty or forward purpose, across the whole of England, and the Criminal justice system today under the present Labour government and its so called leaders, that would let hijackers and terrorist walk free from justice! “But yet! Lock away 70 years old dieing pensioners and that the madness within Labour today.

We take some very important first steps. We will stop any falls in police numbers and add to them. We will halve the time it now takes to bring persistent juvenile and adult offenders to justice. We introduced fast track arresting on all crimes, and anti social behaviour rehabilitation centres, from the age of 12 plus on the third offence.

New treatment orders for persistent drug offenders. We will introduce and implemented a radical and new strategy on all crimes and anti social types of behaviour in England today, which we will cut both dramatically. We will toughen the law in a wide range of, the most important areas in England. As a result, we will have become the only government in England since the war to have crime really under control.

Building on the foundations of what you the English people want to see today in England, we will become more modern and, radical in our ways of thinking and taking on the Criminals full stop and no surrender. We will introduce the first real legislation specifically geared to really tackle all anti-social types of behaviour. We will give the police what powers and tools they need to get the job done, with a new hand on approach from the Home Office and No: 10, to make sure we start to rebalance the criminal justice system for Victims and not the offender with the biggest overhaul of criminal procedure England has ever been through the Criminal Justice Act. Key underlying principles: First, a very new neighbourhood policing. We want to see the traditional bobby once more back on the beat, with a strong, well organised uniformed presence on the streets. Second, we will be shifting from tackling the offence to targeting the offenders and the introduction of three and your out, with a minim prison sentencing of 10 years and meaning 10 years and life meaning life, and that all convicted will serve the full time awarded and made to repay back to society and not take. ERP, Looking after England and its peoples.

Translating these key principles into actions meaning to create a safer and much stronger England and safer communities for all the people of England today “ Full Stop”

The dividing battle lines with Labour are very clear to us all here in England, in giving Hijackers and Terrorist freedom and rights “Not under the ERP if you don’t respect the rights of others how can you expect to be protected under the same rights you have a disregard for and the message we give you is you will have No Rights to Clam
.
Anti-social behaviour is a menace, without restraint.

Our values within the ERP

Law-abiding citizens will be back in control People want rules, order and decent behaviour. They know there is such a thing
as society. They want a society of respect. They want a society of responsibility. They want a community where the decent
Law-abiding majority are in charge and not yobs or people that wish to force there beliefs on them by bombings where those that play by the rules do well; and those that don’t, get punished. People want a say in setting local crime fighting priorities and to know how local police and councils are doing in terms of those priorities. They expect to be taken seriously when they report a crime or street disturbance and expect and deserve better standard of care from the police or criminal justice system and the Government that leads them, as they would get from the best high-street companies.

History is in a new making”

Tackling crime going forwards in time not backwards in time as present!

The criminal justice system which we will inherited, is failing you the English People and England as a Country under Labour, Increases in Violent Crime a long with anti-social types of behaviour, illegal immigrants and asylum seekers,
Police, numbers falling on our streets. Recorded crime is still on the increase and it has been ever since the Labour Party came back into power. Detections and convictions are not going down across England!
Trials often collapsed and end up costing you/us the tax payer millions of our hard earned taxes, money that could be better spent on England, because the Police don't have the powers to deal with them under this Government’s, to soft and to liberal approach and interferences for other counties and closer to home interferences. Fines are often not paid. Probation training had stalled.
Crown Prosecution Service is vacant in its duty to the victims of crime.

Anti-social behaviour is becoming a bigger menace, without restraint.

But above all, there is a resigned tolerance to failure, with a fragmentation of
Efforts and an absence of any sense of forward purpose, across the whole
Criminal justice system this will change under the, English Republican Party.

In our first term we will take some important first steps. We stopped the fall in police
Numbers on the streets, employ more offices and give the community police officers the powers to deal with anti social types of behaviours. We will to bring all persistent offenders to justice in a more and efficient way.
We introduced a more and efficient way in dealing with first testing and treatment orders for drug offenders.
We introduced and implemented a new radical strategy on burglary and car crime which cuts both dramatically. We toughened the law in all the important areas.

As a result, we will have became the first government in England, that has come to power to have crime really lowered at the end of our first term, than any other previous governments this country has every had.

Building on foundations on the English way of life and what you the English people want, we will became more radical in our ways thinking.
We will introduced the first real legislation specifically geared to anti-social types of
Behaviour
We will ask the police what powers they need, and make sure they have the tools they need to do the very increasing demand that’s is put upon them. We will rebalance the criminal justice system from offender to victim with the biggest overhaul of criminal procedure in England in over a generation through the Criminal Justice Act.

We introduced mandatory drug testing in all high-crime areas.
and established the first real DNA database. There will be a new framework for much harder sentencing and fines. Probation and prisons will to be run under new rules,
Community penalties will be radically restructured. We have more police than in 2005/6 and overall crime will come down – by 50 per cent fewer crime victims. The number of offences not being brought to justice is rising yet again under Labour. There is
A real feeling in England today that the criminal justice system has change and is on the side of the "Orenders and not the “Victims this will "Change.

If elected for “Government the English Republican Party, will take further step and changes in our fight against crime and disorder. It has three key underlying principles:

First, we seek to revive the trust in the English People, and the policing of our Country. People want see the traditional bobby back on the beat, and a strong, organised uniformed presence back on the streets. Second, we will shift from targeting to tackling the offence and really be seen to deal with the offender. There
Will be increases in drug testing and drug treatment. Sentencing and probation will focus on the victims of crime and not the offender. Serous Offenders and persistence offenders will stay in custody until they go to court or there fines have been paid or worked off.

Third, we will giving local communities and police the powers they need to
Enforce respect on the street and to deal with anti social types of behaviours
Zero Tolerant will be the message.

Translating these key principles into practical action to create safer
England and a better England for all the law abiding and honest citizens’ communities means looking after each other and our County.

First, a real investment our new police services to create a dedicated neighbourhood
Policing, team for every community. All this will be backed by some of £500m a year we spend on illegal’s coming to England that should not be here. Plus a
Neighbourhood Policing Fund to take the number of police Community Support
Officers up to the numbers they need to deal with the tasks we set before them, visible street presents of officers, patrol your street and towns policing for local people. Second, getting violent crime down by giving the police and courts the tools they need to deal with knives, guns and violent criminals. We will make it illegal to carry a knife on your person in towns and on the streets, and introduce tougher laws on replica firearms. Getting the drugs off our streets and addicts into treatment centres to reduce the huge problem of drug-related crimes, which blights far too many neighbourhoods and towns. There will be drug testing at arrest in all
Highest-crime area’s and treatment for all who test positive. Prolific offenders
Leaving prison will be randomly drug tested at a Police stations once a week and if found to be positive will go back to prison. If they don’t come in for testing this will result in an immediate arrest and back to prison

Fourth, dealing with binge drinking and the crime and disorder it generates.
Drink Banning Orders with heavy fines and imprisonment, and keep those punished a third time for drunken violence or disorder from our town and city centres. We will give police and councils the power to ban beer glasses and bottles where glassing injuries have been a problem.

Fifth, continuing to crack down on antisocial behaviour as we work together as a country with local councils and the police to tackle the graffiti, vandalism, and noise
Nuisance and harassment that damage people’s quality of life. So we will bring in
Heavy fixed penalty notices and where the need be prison scenting for offenders and enable local residents groups to trigger action by councils and the police to tackle anti-social behaviour.

We will invest in our country England, the police service and criminal justice system and you the English people to reduce crime and bring more offences to justice. Than the labour Government would return to you in the days of underinvestment and falling police numbers as they cut into all your public services .

We will invest in tackling the causes of crime as well as tough action on
criminals. Labour have axed and cut investment in deprived areas and youth services – taking us back to the negative spiral of neighbourhood neglect and rising street crimes.

We will continue to back and support our police officers and criminal justice system to perform much better. Labour would put you all at risk and any gains made on police performance by asking for silly targets to reduce crime by 15 per cent when it could be 50 per cent and increase the detection rates by over a quarter. And by ending ring-fenced funding for the recruitment of Community Support Officers they would throw away 36 million more hours of visible street patrol by 2008. Our ambition is to continue our drive to tackle crime, in order to ensure safer England. Rebuilding communities and reforming our criminal justice system are both essential for a strong and fair society. Now is the time to quicken the march of progress, not retreat back to the failed policies of the past. Tony Blair MP, Prime Minister and Leader of the Labour Party is not doing the job that you the English voters put him there to do!
We will, because we believe in England and the English people’s way of life.

The English Republican Party of England the Peoples Party a voice for England

Tackling crime forwards and not backwards as pervious “Governments, Putting England first and our values as a Party.

Putting law-abiding citizens back in control of England and the ways its run, People want rules, order and decent behaviour. They know there is such a thing as society. They want a society of respect. They want a society of responsibility. They want a community where the decent honest and law-abiding people are in the
Majority and are in charge of what happens in there community; where those that play by the rules do well; and those that don’t, get punished. People want a say in setting local crime-fighting priorities and to know how, The Government is performing with answers to question that they ask, What all police forces and councils are doing in terms of those priorities. They expect to be taken seriously and see action taken when they report a crime or street disturbance and expect and deserve the standards of customer care from the police or criminal justice system or any Government body as they would get from the best high-street companies. If their case goes to court they will be supported throughout the criminal justice process with protections in court for all that are vulnerable to enable them to give their evidence in the safest and most supportive way possible. They expect to be told if their case has been abandoned
or a conviction secured and to be told in person if the case is a serious one.

These are the people’s values and there rights as being English. And they are the Values of the English Republican Party as well, if we are to put the law-abiding citizen at the heart of our justice system. Criminals on the run – as we rebalance the system for victims and not the offenders.

We will be toughening up every aspect of the criminal justice system to take on the
criminals and support the victims of crime. For far too long now the opposite has to be the case. The system has care more for the rights of the offender rather than for the needs of the victim. Criminal trials had become more about legal games just making money and playing than a fair and honest search for the truth that enabled victims to tell their side of the story and give the jury all the evidence they needed to reach a fair verdict.

And once a verdict had been reached and a sentence passed – will be enforced and not a hit and miss. Fines are unpaid, probation orders are not enforced because a lack of investment in police, prisons, and probation services means few opportunities for offenders to be punished and to mend their ways and avoid a return to a life of crime.

All this will changed under the English Republican Party. We will put the victims at the heart of our criminal justice process and to fundamentally rebalance the system in England today. We will insisted that the courts and the probation service rigorously enforce the sentences of the court. Fine enforcement rates are at record levels as is breach enforcement by the probation service. The Criminal Justice Act will enable juries to see a wider range of evidence – including an offender’s previous relevant convictions all offenders will be named and photos taken. We will gives the police the powers to take fingerprints and DNA swabs when they first arrest someone.
The prosecution will have new rights of appeal where a trial collapses because of a judge’s technical ruling. Every offender will be supervised after their release from custody.
2

Tackling crime head on and not going backwards in time more Support Officers will be in put place, increasing policing visibility and providing reassurance to communities – with a new branch of specially trained Supporting Officers spending at least 90 per cent of their time on street patrols. We will bring crime is down by 50 per cent compared Labour or the Conservatives Police numbers on the streets will rise.
And a progress police force, safer homes, safer streets “Safer England”

When Labour came to power in 1997, they had promised all this but have not delivered any of there promises and never have by being to liberal and to be over political correct to please other countries and other none English
The only thing they have done is to involve us in a war that we didn’t want which is costing the life’s of Englishmen and women and costing England millions of your pounds each week a very grim legacy. Crime had doubled and police numbers are falling compared to the growth of England. Families and communities are close to giving up the struggle against thugs and vandals. Vulnerable people feel like prisoners
in their homes. Police forces feel they lacked the powers and personnel to help them. Communities are losing confidence in the police and the courts and the Labour Government. The English Republic Party will be there for you the English people and England, Putting right the years of Tory and labour misrule “But this not going to be achieved overnight. Labour in government has made know real gains proving that there policies on crime work. There has been know real or significant falls in crime shown under the rule of labour, in-fact the opposite, The English Republican Party will and can make our streets and homes safer, in contrast to the steady rise in crime under the Tories and Labour. Much remains to be done to ensure our streets are as safe as they can be from Crime or Anti social behaviours but we need you the English public to support us in England fight to ensure our streets are as safe as they can be from Crime or Anti social behaviours you have the power to change our Country for the better.

The English Republican Party will invest in the police and the security service in fighting crime, with a tough and visible response to crime and hard action taken to tackle the roots of all crimes, to make real inroads into reducing overall crime levels. Many communities are now losing their neighbourhoods to the thugs and
criminals who are making their lives a misery. • there are more crime victims now and overall crime is going up under Labour, The chance of being a victim of crime is at its highest under labour, vehicle thefts and violent crime is on the up
according to the British Crime Survey. Policing Labour has the falling police in
numbers with no real hard investment in policing or new technology, know real programme of reform to cut bureaucracy and get more police onto frontline duties. Police numbers fell by an average of one officer every working day. They’ve
increased in falling by an average of more than six every working day with Labour in control.more police time is spent in the stations or cars and not on frontline duties, because we need to invested in new technology and a rapid justice and paper work
Preventing crime we have found little being done to tackle the root causes of crime, such as unemployment, housing, a lack of education as well as the menace of drugs – and especially harder drugs – which undermine family life and turn law-abiding citizens into criminals. We know that ultimately the best defence against crime is punishment that are harder and seen to be harder to make families and a stronger and a sense of personal responsibility. So we will invested in England and the people of England in fighting youth unemployment and helping some of our poorest young children get a head start, and spent more tackling drug addiction in later life.

Asylum and immigration

England has a proud tradition of offering a safe haven to those genuinely fleeing persecution. The English Republican Party values that tradition but we cannot and will not tolerate the abuse of our asylum system that has been left, to get out of control by previous governments and this Controlled and managed migration is essential to the economic and the wellbeing of the England and the English people and the health of our public services.
Key points
Asylum applications will cut until such time we have processed the pending applications, we will not accept any applications from anyone that enters England Illegally, anyone found entering England illegally will be deported back to there place of leave.
We will be removing all illegal immigrants that have no right of stay and with new technology and investment we will track both illegal immigration and abuse of the asylum system.
There has been a very big increase under the Labour Government in migrants and illegal's who have been working illegally in England not paying taxes or helping supporting this country we will be removing them and place heavy fines and prison sentencing on those that employ them knowingly
The Labour government has joined the UNHCR resettlement programme, which will allows mandated refugees to travel here and receive help and benefits and housing on arrival. they are currently doing this for refugees from West Africa we will stop this until such time all other immigration issue have been resolved.
Our approach
The English Republic Party believes in a fair, fast and firm asylum and immigration system together with controlled economic migration, fulfilling the needs of our economy. England has a valuable tradition of offering a safe haven to those genuinely fleeing persecution. We are proud of that tradition but we cannot tolerate abuse of our asylum system. To stop abuse, we will enhanced our border security and will taken action to tackle illegal working, people smuggling and trafficking and committing any crimes.
The vast bulk of migration, including students and tourists, is legitimate and welcome as it strengthens our economy and public services. A new points system for those wanting to work in the England will ensure our economic needs are met while simplifying the present system.
What we have achieved
Cutting asylum to stop abuse we will be making sure that those with clearly unfounded cases or here illegally are refused quickly, and are deported and have no right appeal from overseas imposing visa requirements on certain countries removing all failed asylum seekers than the Conservatives or Labour did.
Putting a full Stop to all illegal immigrants as possible getting to the England in the first place. Lorries will checked for illegal immigrants at ports; there are immigration officers will checking Eurostar trains at Paris and Brussels and all English stations linked to the Eurostar; and other security which help put a stop to immigrants using the channel tunnel to enter England.
Stopping asylum seekers at the point of arrival against an immigration service security warnings index which lists all persons we want to keep out of the England and returning asylum seekers and holding their fingerprints and photographs. To make it more difficult for people who have destroyed their identity paperwork enter England
All failed asylum seeker and illegal immigrant none removal have doubled since under the Conservatives and the Labour Governments This will not be the case under the English Republican Party with a Fast, firm and fair decisions: the number of claims awaiting a decisions has risen under Labour. We will employed more immigration officers and other staff. initial decisions are made within four week compared with 20 months We will be removing far more failed asylum seekers than the Tories or labour ever did.
We will deal fairly but firmly with the challenge of accession countries that joined the EU by sending a clear message that people from the new EU states are welcome to come to work in the England as long as they come here and respect England and its people and laws and traditions, not simply to claim our benefits; we will put in place the changes to make sure this works under The English Republican Party.

Britain forward not back
The English Republican Party are committed into not to cutting public services. As cuts would inevitably mean cuts to the number of immigration officers and investment in the protection of our country and its people and its borders. the asylum system will virtually ground to a halt and the English Republican Party is committed to cutting immigration and asylum budget by well over half.

The English Republican Party believes that all older people should have a fulfilling and active and safe life with dignity and security in retirement. That’s why will be ensuring that older people do share in the country’s rising prosperity and have the opportunity to use their knowledge, experience and talents – through work, volunteering or involvement in community projects – to the benefit of themselves and their communities and country.Key points•A new Pension Credit will enabled us to cut absolute pensioner poverty and, for the first time, rewards those who have saved for retirement with know Taxes on you hard earned saving.• We will introduced a raft of measures to benefit all pensioners and ensure their security in retirement including the Winter Fuel Payment and free TV licences for all the over-7os.• We will be working to ensure pension promises are honoured through the new Pension Protection Fund.• Labour’s record investment in public services means older English people have suffered, who are often regular users of the health service, are seeing the impact through none improved facilities and provision,
Our new approach
The English Republic Party wants all pensioners to have a decent and secure income in retirement. We are committed to ensuring pensioners share in England's rising prosperity. Our first priority will to boost in the incomes of the poorest pensioners.they will be guaranteed £150 per week (£200 for couples) through the Pension Credit. The next step is to address those pensioners who’ve managed to save something for their retirement but who – until now – have found that it is knocked straight off their benefit entitlement this will stop, leaving them better off than those who have not saved at all. The Pension Credit also rewards pensioners aged 65 or over who have saved for their retirement, ending the unfair taxes on all saving, absolute penalty on savings will be removed to help incentives to save.Occupational pensions will been a strength of the English system and will be ensuring that continues. Where pensions have been promised by employers, we will be making sure the promise is honoured as well as making it easier for firms to run schemes.
What you the people of England will see been achieved:
• Dignity in retirement for every pensioner: In England the basic state pension will rise to £100 for singles and £150 for couples The Winter Fuel Payment will paid at £250 and those over 80 receive an extra £200. We will introduced free TV licenses for over 7os, no ’ VAT on fuel for the over 70s • Help for the poorest pensioners and those who have saved: 3.5 million pensioners will be seeing their household incomes boosted by on average £50 a week through the Pension Credit. As a result of our reforms, compared to Labours 1997 pensioner households are on average £1,350 a year in real terms, with the poorest third of pensioner households £1,750 •With a new and modern pension service: The Pension Service organisation dedicated to the needs of English pensioners. It will pay the basic state pension and the new Pension Credit and will have local staff on the ground helping and explaining services to pensioners.• Older people and employment: The New Deal 50+ is helping older people who want to work find a job paying a decent wage – so far it has helped over 100,000 people find work. We are also outlawing discrimination in employment and vocational training on the grounds of age and sex.
What we’re committed to England and the English Peoples way of life:• Strengthening security in retirement: We will be introducing the new Pension Protection Fund, supported by independent Pensions Regulator, to end the scandal of workers being denied a pension under Labour that they have built up. It will step in and pay out pensions when employers go bust, guaranteeing 100 per cent for pensioners and 100 per cent for working-age members. We’re also introducing a new financial assistance package to help workers who’ve already lost out.• More opportunity and choice to work longer: The English Republican Party plans to increase the choices and opportunities for individuals to stay in work by introducing more generous options for deferring the State Pension. For example, a typical person who delays their State Pension for five years could receive a payment of lump sum or a 50 per cent increase in their weekly pension for life. • More community-based services: new community Doctors and matrons offering NHS patients tailor-made services suited to their individual needs – benefiting people with long-term medical conditions such as asthma, arthritis or diabetes. And a new £100 million prevention fund will enable councils to install smart alarm technology in the houses of vulnerable older people, helping to keep up to 180,000 older people healthy, safe and independent in their own homes. The English Republican Party make a better way of life for England and its People on the move forwards and not backwards

ContextWhen Labour was elected to government in 1997, people thought the rising trend in crime couldn’t be reversed and they where right under labours soft and liberal approach its rising and it is unstoppable unless we take some real action to stopping it now, The English Republican Party will do just that. Labour in government have made no real gains proving that Labour’s policies on crime do not work. Significant rises in crime show our streets and homes are no longer safe, in contrast to the steady rise in crime we see today
Key pointsThe interests of law abiding citizens in England today are at the heart of The English Republican Party Everything in what we do, from neighbourhood policing to the re-organisation of the criminal justice system giving the towns and street back to law abiding citizens and not the criminals of today. • Anti-social behaviour such as fly-tipping, vandalism, graffiti, loutishness, and the misuse of airguns or fireworks dangerous drivers and the list goes on, blights people’s lives, and damages communities. It reduces your quality of life, degrades your environment, allows crime to take hold. We will provide a wide range of new powers for the police, local authorities and other bodies to tackle anti-social behaviour, including fixed-penalty notices for nuisance drunks and powers to clamp down on noisy neighbours.• Latest figures show violence and street-crime levels are on the up.• More civilian staff and reforms to cut bureaucracy and red tape,we will be getting more police onto frontline duties and a new police unit to deal with more serous crimes and backing up fellow officers when there is a need. •Also without your help has witnesses, there are no convictions. Victims or witnesses will be offered greater protection and a right to have a good standard of services from every criminal justice agency, and will have a personal contact to update and support them. The English Republican Party with a new Victims Fund will provide better support services boosted by heavy fines on all criminals who are convicted.

Our approachAt the heart of England and the English Republican Party approach is the drive for crime-free streets and freedom from fear of crime. Individual liberty, civil society and economic enterprise can only flourish in stable, orderly and strong
communities. That is why we will be renewing neighbourhoods, housing, education, and employment will be at the heart of The English Republican Party approach to a better and a stronger England.People have a right to feel safe in their homes and in England we will giving people and communities the tools and resources they need to go forward and help us to fight against crime through investment and reform, including more police members, community support officers and new laws to tackle criminals and anti-social behaviour with Zero Tolerates in England.
What we will achieved
• Overall crime will down more than 1997 when Labour came to power and the chance of being a victim of crime will be at its lowest for 20 years
Context
The English Republican Party is the party of equality and social justice. We believe that healthy citizens who are well-informed about their own Country (and the choices that affect their wellbeing of there country) a National Health Service that is publicly funded and will be very much improved on, free at the point of need with equal access for everyone in England, irrespective of their wealth are prerequisites for the fairer society we will be working towards getting it right and making it the best in the world. The English Republican Party pledge on Crime

We want every community in England to feel safer with crime in the highest-crime areas rising under Labour faster than elsewhere; we want the English people to know what’s happening in their area, with clear and transparent neighbourhood crime data so that they can hold local police and other agencies to account.
We want detection rates to improve by at least a half and 500,000 more
Offences a year to be brought to justice, we want the guilty to be punished with
more prison places and electronic tagging where necessary – but also helped to lead a life without crime as we invest in drug treatment and basic Tackling crime forward not back, 3 And your out rule will be applied, if offenders have committed three offences within in three years of the first offence a minim prison sentences of 10 years will be issued, Education, our programme will be reaching all children from the ages Three to four up until the day they leave school, that live in the most deprived areas help in supporting parents to give their child a better start in life.
• we cut long-term youth unemployment by over half by offering different alternatives to help them find work or give them work. Help young people all over England to provide sports coaching and other activities as an alternative to drugs and crime.

Key points under Labour
• Know real investment in the people that work in NHS• Hospital waiting lists in England are up than a third (35 per cent) from their peak in 1998 to the smallest since 1987.• Patient satisfaction levels are low - surveys show low patient satisfaction with hospital, ambulance, mental health and primary care services under Labour. • Labour is not investing the money that is really needed in the NHS than ever before. By 2008, total UK health spending will be 9.4 per cent of national income, well above the current EU average of 8 per cent but why are they looking at the EU when they should be thinking of England and its people we want it up by 20 per cent each year.
Our approach
In 1948 Labour created the National Health Service and today Labour in government is not really investing in and reforming the NHS to create a health service fit for the needs of 21st century in England. The NHS we will inherited is nearly on its knees. It lacks sufficient hospital beds, staff, buildings and equipment. IT systems are out of date and too few people are being treated. Years of chronic Labour underinvestment in the NHS had taken their toll. The English Republican Party we will be creating a better, faster, more convenient service for patients that is fair to all and personal to each. There is still much to do but our programme for investment and radical reform is bringing about real improvements to the service and looking after England's people.

The English Republican Party of England

We will have more police than in 2005/6 and overall crime will come down – by 50 per cent fewer crime victims. The number of offences not being brought to justice is rising yet again under Labour. There is
A real feeling in England today that the criminal justice system has change and is on the side of the “Offenders and not the “Victims .

Justice for offenders

Under Labour the prison system is in a permanent state of crisis, with escapes and overcrowding that did nothing to reduce re-offending. Convictions are not falling and the chance of being a victim of violent crime has trebled with Labour:
• More victims are seeing their offender not brought to justice e
• More offenders are not being sentenced to custody and average sentence
lengths have decreased. We will built over 50,000 more prison places and
increased probation funding by 80 per cent in real terms.
• The courts will been given tougher powers to deal with drug traffickers,
football hooligans, sex offenders and those using or carrying guns and knifes.
• The police will have new powers to seize cash and property from organised criminals and can keep to all of the assets they confiscate to fund local crime-fighting.
• Prisons will more secure: under labour the number of prison escapes has not fallen but it will under the English Republic Party

• Our pledge to have the correctional -sentence time for persistent young,
Offenders and educated in ways society expects them to behave as a law abiding citizen
• More funding to Victim Support and goals met
Less crime and anti-social behaviour, more offenders brought to justice
By investing in the police force and the rest of the criminal justice system, and by
putting victims not offenders at the heart of all we do, our goal is less crime and
more offenders brought to justice. Having entered the election as the first
government tackling crime forward not back wards like labour legacy with education to ensure that every prisoner is supervised after they leave custody.
We want offenders to turn up in court when they are supposed to and for the
Sentences of the court to be properly enforced. So there will be a new National
Enforcement Service and immediate prison sentencing and fines on those who don’t turn up. We want a criminal justice system that starts to work the same hours as the
criminal. So we will bring in 24-hour and seven days a week legal guidance from the Crown Prosecution Service to the police on what charges to bring We want a criminal justice system fit for the 22 century, not stuck in the past as under labour, so there will be a further investment in criminal justice IT. We want excellent standards of customer service for victims and witnesses with personal support for all who need it and a statutory right to minimum standards of care.

LONDON TERROR ATTACKS : BNP response
In the aftermath of the terror attacks on our nation's capital BNP writers and spokesmen on this website have repeatedly called for calm, but also for more than the shallow soundbites and liberal wishful thinking that passes for political debate and policy proposals among the old parties.

The London Massacre has tragically brought home to the entire country the terrible price ordinary people are now having to pay for the combination of the failed multi-cultural experiment, doubled up with Tony Blair's decision to involve Britain in a war that had nothing to do with us. The first step in finding a solution to any problem is to get the roots of that problem.

While the politicians of all the other parties repeat the empty soundbites of the Government's BBC lie machine, the British National Party explains the truth about Islamic terrorism, lays out the things that must be done to beat it, and continues to cover other important issues that might otherwise pass unnoticed as New Labour once again makes use of tragedy to "bury bad news."

English Republican Party: Response.

I only had to think about my response for a couple of seconds to make a reply!

“Multi Cultural Experiment!

What a real none-scents BNP, and that is the very type of attitudes, (Experiment) why the BNP will never be put inside No:10, there are many Cultures today here in England that blend in with the English way of life and the English people, and are very happy to do so! And you can’t go around blaming all of these different cultures, That we have in England today, for one particular cultures racist attitudes towards England and the English people’s way of life, to name but a few that live here in England in harmony with the English people. British, Irish, Scots, Chinese, Philippines, American, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Italian and the list could go on, which none of these cultures wish us any harm, or want to change England’s or its peoples way of life!
